What kind of photography/videography do you do?

A lot of people recommend to only photograph a few things and make sure you are really good at it. But what happens if you love photographing ALL the things? Welp...it me. I get booked up fast with outdoor family lifestyle sessions and newborns, but don't forget I also photograph indoor lifestyle/documentary, family films, wedding videography, sitter sessions, and branding sessions. 
 
I am done photographing big weddings though. I'll do elopements and super small weddings of 40 people or less. I can send you some names of amazing photographers for those bigger ones!

Where are you located?

I am located in Shawnee, Kansas. A suburb of Kansas City! No travel fee for up to 25 miles from zip code 66218. My studio is located in Corbin Park in South Overland Park, KS.

YES! I am a monthly renter at Studio Reverie in South Overland Park!

How long are your sessions?

For regular indoor/outdoor lifestyle they are around 45 minutes to an hour. Newborns average 2 hours.

How many photos do I get?

At least 40 images for digital download! But it's usually so much more. I have a problem with overdelivering :)

Where do the pictures take place?

If you are wanting outdoor, I have many places to suggest! They also can take place at the studio I use, in your home, at a greenhouse, etc. So many options!

When should I reach out about pictures?

I open my Spring Booking on January 1st, Summer Booking on March 1st and Fall Booking on June 1st. I book up really fast so I would recommend reaching out ASAP.

What is your photography style?

I would describe my photography as warm, colorful and playful. I focus on the connection between subjects, but also get those "portraity portraits" for the Grandparents and Christmas Cards.

What is your turnaround time?

Average is 3 weeks. My contract allows up to 6 weeks.

Do you work weekends?

I work occasional Sundays for greenhouse sessions or in home sessions. And I work many Sunday evenings for outdoor sunset sessions. I do not work Friday evenings or Saturdays at all. They are my uninterrupted family time. No exceptions. Newborn Sessions are limited to M-F during the day.
